Recertification tracking for any credential

Know where your recertification stands, every day until it's due.

RecertVault tracks everything a renewal asks for: CE hours, exams, other credentials you have to hold, and one-time tasks. It keeps the proof on file and tells you whether you're on pace to finish before your expiration date.

$4/month or $36/year after the trial.

How it works

Three steps, then it keeps count.

01

Add your credential

Pick a credential with built-in renewal rules, or set up your own requirements for any other license or card.

02

Log progress as it happens

Add classes, exams, and tasks as you finish them, and attach the certificate. Apply each one to the requirement it counts toward.

03

Watch the gap close

See what's met, what's short, and how many hours a day you need to finish on time.

Requirement tracking

Every category, against the number your renewal actually requires.

Hours are counted per category, with completed, in-progress, and planned work shown separately. Exams and other one-time tasks sit alongside the hours. Where your renewal offers more than one pathway, pick the one you're completing and switch later without losing anything.

Pace

Find out you're behind while there's still time to fix it.

Set how many hours a day you study and which days you're available. RecertVault projects your finish date and the daily pace you'd need to make your deadline.

Evidence

The certificate stays with the class it proves.

Multiple credentials

Your license, your BLS card, and your dispatch cert in one place.

Each credential keeps its own renewal cycles and history. When one cycle closes, start the next from the same record.

FAQ

Questions

Which credentials can I track?

Any of them. Renewal rules are built in for Texas DSHS EMS levels (ECA, EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic), American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS, and IAED dispatch credentials. For anything else, set up the hours, exams, and tasks your renewal requires.

What's included in the trial?

Everything except export and print-all, for 14 days. Choose monthly or annual whenever you're ready; your entries and files stay where they are.

Can I track more than one credential?

Yes. Each credential has its own renewal cycles, so a state license, a BLS card, and a dispatch credential can run side by side on one account.

What files can I attach?

Images and PDFs up to 10 MB each, attached to the entry or exam they document.

What is the MCP server for?

It lets AI assistants and agents such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, OpenClaw, and Hermes agents read and update your RecertVault account. Create an API key in your profile, add it to your client, and revoke it whenever you like.

Is RecertVault affiliated with my state or registry?

No. RecertVault is an independent tracker. Your state office or certifying body decides what counts toward renewal.

Your expiration date is already set. Start tracking toward it.
